Refund & Return Policy

At BentiBrand, we want you to love every piece you receive — whether it’s a handcrafted glass terrarium, a concrete décor piece, or a natural living essential. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Living plants or organic materials that have been handled or planted
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Natural Variation Notice

BentiBrand specializes in handcrafted and natural products. Please note:

  • Wood, concrete, and glass items may have slight variations in color, texture, or size — these are features, not defects
  • Plants and natural living products may vary from photos due to seasonal availability and natural growth patterns
  • These variations are not grounds for return

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items returned with visible signs of use or handling
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts due to customer error
  • Items returned outside the return window at our discretion

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at bentibrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions
  4. Ship the item back in secure packaging — we recommend a trackable shipping method

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account and payment method again
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting may take a few days
  3. Contact your bank directly
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received it, email us at bentibrand@gmail.com

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item:

  • Email us at bentibrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and your order number
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Gift Returns

  • If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
  • For high-value items, consider purchasing shipping insurance
